Sugar Cane Milling
Extensive and in-depth experience have been gained by Zhejiang-Laiyuan through the years of supply to major sugar milling groups in Thailand. Heavy duty and hard-wearing bagasse and cane carrier chains are now operating in these plants.
Cement Milling
Our manufacturing unit supplies heavy duty wear-resistant conveyor and drive chains and sprockets to several cement groups in the Asia Pacific region. Chains with a wide range of pitch sizes are produced for quarries, crushing plants and cement works, using our accurate laser plate-cutting equipment, precision machining and in-house heat treatment. Special attachment and configurations, including sealed bearings and rolling interfaces for abrasive conditions are manufactured.
Wood, Pulp and Paper Processing
JOSO branded engineering class chains, welded steel drag chains and mill chains are manufactured for use in wood yards, OSB plants and paper mills.
Mining
Precision made with superior wear, impact and fatigue resistant materials, JOSO chains are now used in crusher machines in coal mines and coal handling conveyors.
